A text alert is sent to your phone when something is wrong. A summary of patient activity is sent twice a day.

The camera never records. Each frame is read on the laptop in the room and then discarded — what reaches your dashboard is a short description of what happened, plus a handful of still pictures a day. Anything the system is unsure about is treated as private and never leaves the house.
